General repairs take 5 to 10 working days, engraving 2 weeks, watch repairs 3 to 4 weeks, silver repairs and plating approximately 4 weeks. All repairs undertaken are fully insured come with a guarantee and we offer a delivery service.

Valuations

Mortimer’s also provide valuations for insurance and probate purposes. These valuations are undertaken on the premises or a house call can be arranged.
